BBK Performance offers a full length header for the 1996-2004 Mustang 4.6L GT, with 5 Speed Manual Transmission only. They are manufactured with 1 5/8" CNC mandrel bent tubing with a 3" collector for unrestrictive airflow and a one piece laser but flange for ultimate strength and durability.
The long tube headers for the 96-04 2V 4.6L has been designed and dyno tested at the BBK headquarters in Califoria. Results have shown a typical increase of 14-22 RWHP.
These are a direct bolt on an include all gaskets and hardware. All BBK Headers are pressure tested to ensure leak free performance.
BBK Full Length headers will require a BBK short X-Pipe or H-Pipe to complete installation to the catback exhaust.
They come in standard with a chrome plate finish and have an optional upgrade to high-temp ceramic coating
