RETURN POLICY
- Parts that
have been painted or altered from original condition
are non-returnable and non-refundable
- Shipping
Charges are non-refundable, return shipping must be
pre-paid
- Purchaces
must be returned with in 30 days from purchase date
- Defective
parts that are sent back after the 30 days will be
exchange ONLY. (Please see return
policy for Ford lighted logos)
- 15% Re-Stocking
Fee will be charged on all returned items, Reboxing
fees on certain items may apply
- We request
pre-authorization of all returns PRIOR to the return
- All returns
must be NEW in box and be in resalable condition.
- Wheels that
are returned must be in original sealed box. Wheels
that have been put on a car or have had a tire mounted
are NOT returnable.
- Crate Motors
are not Returnable under any circumstance. Any warrenty
must be through Ford Racing.
- NorthCoast
is not responsable for labor charges to installed or
un-installed products on your car

- All Returned
checks will be charged a $30.00 fee
- We charge actual
shipping, by submitting your order you agree to pay the
shipping. If you wish to get a shipping price quote
please ask before you order, or in the message box on
the order form.
- Some items
due to size must be shipped Truck Freight, shipping is
mininum of $150
- Orders placed
before 3:00 PM E.S.T will be shipped same day.
- All special
orders will have to be prepaid and are not returnable
- We pursue credit
fraud to the fullest extent.
- Return shipping
to us must be prepaid and is non-refundable
- If paying by
MO/Check, the total amount including shipping and tax
will be sent to you after we recieve your order
- Make sure that
you check/MO includes shipping and tax
- Please do not
ask to have something sent COD, it will not happen
If
you are not sure if a part will fit on your car ASK FIRST,
we are always willing to answer any questions you may have
There are no exceptions to any of the above company policies
