Nthcoast.com uses FedEx, UPS and USPS Priority shipping options. Below you will see a map with the estimated delivery schedule for FedEx/UPS of parts shipped from our warehouse in Ontario, NY.
Many orders will require a signature upon delivery
Nearly 99% of in stock order's will ship same day and tracking will be provided the following day.
Free Shipping is only valid within the Continental 48 United States. If you are outside the Continental 48 States please contact us for the shipping rate. Items that qualify for free shipping will either be sent FedEx Home Delivery or USPS Priority Mail. Typically packages less than 2 pounds will be sent Priority Mail and large/heavy packages will be FedEx.
Some of our items require to be shipped Truck Freight. We try to clearly denote those items that require Freight shipping. Generally we will use Old Dominion. Delivery to Business address is highly recommended and easier for delivery, Residential delivery will have a $75.00 Surcharge and is typically 2-3 days longer for delivery.
Truck Freight is a Ground Service, we can not ship to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and US Virgin Islands using this service.
Sorry we currently do not accept International Orders on our website. We also will not accept orders that are shipped to Freight Forwarding companies
We will ship to locations within the United States only. We will ship to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and US Virgin Islands but they will have additional shipping charges.
Also due to size/weight limitations not all items can be shipped to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and US Virgin Islands.
Air shipments are available and will require additional charges to cover the shipping.
There is a 70 pound maximum weight per package. Orders over this weight will be shipped in multiple boxes.
NorthCoast Performance will e-mail tracking number on orders that have a valid e-mail address. If you do not supply a e-mail address you can call us and request the tracking number. Customers placing orders on nthcoast.com can login to their account to view tracking information.
Damaged & Lost Shipment
Please inspect the shipment before signing for your package. Packages that are damaged and you have not signed for it yet must be refused as damaged. We will ship a replacement immediately. Items that have been left without signature or damage was noticed after delivery must contact us immediately upon noticing the damage. Please keep all packaging and we will contact FedEx for a damage claim. They may require that the damaged item is picked up and inspected.
Packages that showed delivered but you can not find it contact us immediately. After 7 days of the item showing delivered we unfortunately can not help with the situation.
Please note that FedEx Home Delivery deliver packages Tuesday through Saturday. They do not operate on Sunday or Monday and major holiday's.
If you package has not arrived and is past due please contact us so we can investigate the problem.
Packages that are refused by the customer for any other reason besides damage will be returned to us and we will process a refund. The refund will be minus 10% restocking fee and any shipping charges paid are non-refundable.
